On Friday 6th May our Jaguar retailer hosted a launch event for the new Jaguar F-PACE model on the Lang Stracht. The event was a celebration of Jaguar’s new SUV where the public got their first chance to feast their eyes on the new F-PACE.

Jaguar’s first performance SUV, was on show in the Jaguar showroom for customers to view the powerful stance, dramatic beauty and delve into the state-of-the art technology F-PACE offers along with the opportunity to book a test drive.

The event was catered by Entier Catering, winners of awards such as the Scottish Culinary Championships, Scottish Food and Drink Excellence, and many more. Providing, an array of drinks to party goers upon arrival and exquisite canapés and mini desserts. Those lucky enough to attend were entered to win an F-PACE for the weekend, and afternoon tea at Trump International Golf Link’s MacLeod House Restaurant.

Not your typical SUV, the F-PACE is the first crossover Jaguar released to compete in the BMW X3/Audi Q5 class. The bodywork is 80% aluminium, giving it exceptional performance in road trials. The performance is further helped by it's sports DNA, sharing architecture with the XE and XF sports cars.

But this performance doesn’t come at the expense of the luxury one expects from the Jaguar brand. The F-PACE is spacious enough to suit the largest of families, and with fuel economy in the range of 57.7 to 53.3 mpg, it can compete with the big boys of the SUV class.
